Close every update cycle before your data date.

In development

Cycleclose

P6 progress capture with no server, no installs, and no third party ever seeing your schedule — links out, actuals in, cycle closed before the data date.

Runs entirely inside your own Google account · XER in, Excel out · Built by a planner, for planners

A planner at a laptop sends invitations out along a green arc to three site workers, who answer with a few taps on their phones; their ticks travel back along a blue arc to the planner's dashboard.

One loop, four steps

Every update cycle, the same grind: chasing activity owners by message, call and marked-up printouts — then retyping it all into P6. Cycleclose replaces that with one loop.

1

XER in

Export your programme from P6 and drop the file in — Cycleclose reads the XER directly, no conversion, no add-ins, and lists the activities due for update this cycle.

2

Links out

Every activity owner gets a personal link that works in any browser — no login, no account, no app to install.

3

Taps in

Owners answer in a few taps on their phones and can revise until your deadline. Your dashboard shows who has answered and who needs a nudge.

4

Import file out

One Excel file with genuine date values, ready to import straight into P6 — actual dates in place, proposed dates waiting in your user-defined fields for review.

Cycleclose lives entirely inside a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive, deployed under your own account. No server on our side, no vendor database — we never see your schedule.

Invitation emails send from your account, not ours. That is a design decision, not a policy promise: there is nothing on our side to trust.

When it launches

Try everything. Pay when it has earned its place.

The free evaluation copy is the complete product. Running live project cycles commercially requires a licence — that is the honour system Cycleclose runs on. Full terms live on the shop.

Evaluation copy

Free

No expiry, no feature gate.

  • Every feature — nothing is locked, metered or time-limited
  • No caps from us on owners or cycles — the practical limits are your own Google account’s, such as Gmail’s daily email allowance
  • Your activity owners never see a licensing notice
  • A sample-project generator — try the full P6 round trip without touching a real programme

Organisation licence

US$99

One-time. The licence itself never expires.

  • One key, all your copies — per organisation, not per seat
  • “Licensed to [Your Organisation]” in the admin console
  • All updates and email support for 12 months
  • Everything keeps working after that, for good — renewal is optional, whenever you choose: currently US$49, at the prevailing price at time of renewal

Available at launch, from the Cycleclose shop.

The bridge: owners of the Process Tracker get US$49 off the Cycleclose licence at launch.
