The rights and responsibilities of both sides.
These terms are between you and Cycleclose. “We” and “us” mean Cycleclose; “you” means the person or organisation using the website or a product. They cover cycleclose.com and every Cycleclose product you download, copy, or buy. Using a product means you accept them.
Each product has a page in our shop carrying its price and any terms particular to it. Where that page and this one differ, the shop page governs that purchase. The terms in force when you buy govern that purchase; later changes do not apply to it retrospectively.
You may not resell, rent, or publish a paid template or licence key, or supply either to people outside your organisation in place of their own purchase.
Everything you create with a Cycleclose product — plans, diagrams, programmes, exports — is yours; we claim no rights in it. The software itself remains ours.
We may change or withdraw any free edition. Copies already downloaded or copied are unaffected and do not expire.
All sales are made through our shop at Payhip, under the price and description on the product’s shop page. This website sells nothing directly, and we do not receive card details.
Sales are final; we do not give refunds. If a product does not do what its shop page and this site say it does, report it and we will fix it — that is the remedy these products carry. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Cycleclose products run on your own equipment and accounts. Your work stays on your machine or in your own Google Drive; we hold no copy of it, and we cannot retrieve or restore it for you.

We are responsible for:
Third-party services — including Google (accounts, Drive, Sheets, Apps Script), Payhip (the shop), and Cloudflare (this website) — are outside our control and governed by their own terms. If such a service is unavailable, changes its rules, suspends an account, or loses data, we have no access and no means of recovery on your behalf. We give no uptime commitment for this website or for any third-party service.
The personal data we hold — email addresses and order details — is covered by the privacy policy.
Support is by email at support@cycleclose.com. We answer as quickly as we reasonably can and do not commit to a response time. Updates we publish are included in the price paid. Copies you already hold are not altered by a later release; you update when you choose.
The products and this website are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software is free of faults, fit for a particular purpose, or that its output is accurate or suitable to be relied on without checking.
If we are liable to you for anything connected with the products or this website, our total liability for all claims together is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the first claim arose.
We are not liable, whether or not a fault in the software played a part, for:
These terms confer rights on you and us only. Claims by third parties arising from your use of a product, or from work you produced with it, are yours to answer. Any claim under these terms must be brought within twelve months of the event giving rise to it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
An offer — a discount, a reduced price, or similar — is governed by its wording where it is made, at the time you buy. Unless stated otherwise: it must be claimed at checkout and cannot be applied afterwards; it is personal, has no cash value, and does not combine with other offers; we may ask for evidence of eligibility; and we may change or withdraw an offer prospectively at any time. An offer relating to an unreleased product applies only if and when that product goes on sale.
Changes to these terms are made by updating this page and its date. Questions and disputes: write first to support@cycleclose.com with a plain account of the issue.
